I founded Haupa Associates Ltd in 2013.
My experience in the corporate world (albeit at junior levels) opened my eyes to highly efficient management accounts processes at work.
I realised the small business world (especially micro entities) needed the same, as business is challenging in all economic environments. The sharpness and dedication of their month-end close reporting and performance analysis (mainly budget and forecast variance analysis) was clearly something small businesses had little exposure to.
Our aim is to provide value adding accountancy services by offering management accounting in addition to preparing year end accounts and tax returns
